Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026. This policy explains what information INVICTA collects on buildinvicta.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a feasibility report, a bid or a design consultation, or sign up to use ADU Studio, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, property address, project details and any notes. We also record which page you submitted from and how you found our site (for example a search engine, social media link or ad campaign).

How we use it

We use your information to review your property and project, prepare your report, bid or design, and contact you about your project by phone, text or email. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and may be stored in our private lead records in Google Workspace. ADU Studio uses third-party map and satellite imagery services to show your property; the address you search is sent to those services to find it.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember that you unlocked ADU Studio so you don’t have to sign up again. We do not use advertising cookies unless we add analytics or ad tools, in which case this policy will be updated.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@buildinvicta.com. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
