A new Pilates studio for All One Gym.
All One Gym in Lakewood wanted a dedicated Pilates room carved out of its gym floor. INVICTA framed, insulated, drywalled and finished a new studio right on the gym floor — then painted it out to match the rest of the club.

How we built it
Eight phases from open floor to Pilates studio.
Building inside a gym means protecting the floors and keeping a clean job site. Here’s how the studio came together.

Framing the new room
New wood-stud walls laid out and framed on the open gym floor to carve out a dedicated Pilates studio.
- 02
Insulation
Walls insulated so the studio stays a calmer space next to the main training floor.
- 03
Drywall
Board hung on both sides of the new walls, with the rest of the gym protected while we worked.
- 04
Tape & finish
Seams taped and finished so the walls come out flat and ready for paint.
- 05
Smooth walls
Finished walls running the length of the corridor, lined up with the existing gym.

Painted black
The new room painted out in black to match All One Gym’s look.

Inside, a bright room with arched mirrors and rubber flooring, ready for classes.
